Release Athens 2024: Photo-story Day 6
On Saturday July 6th at Floyd Live Music Venue, Cannons were introduced to the Greek audience for the first time in a brilliant night that started perfectly with a special B2B DJ set. Giorgos Bakalakos aka NTEIBINT together with Swede Johan Blende took over the warm-up with an impeccable selection from a wide range of electronic music and kept the interest of the – as it turned out – devoted audience of the American indie pop band, high.
Ryan Clapham, Paul Davis and Michelle Joy, along with Ben Hilzinger (drums) who is joining them on tour, performed their biggest hits, who have been recognised as one of the most unique bands in modern pop for the last 5 years. With Joy’s gift of communication, the quartet put on a flawless show, playing all the hits that have taken the local radio stations by storm (“Fire For You”, “Loving You”, “Bright Lights”, “Desire”, etc.) and leaving the best impression on their fans, who couldn’t stop singing and dancing along.
The Athens 2024 release continues on Tuesday July 9th with Thievery Corporation, Black Pumas, The Budos Band and Anduze.
