Kevin de Vries will join Parov Stelar and ARTBAT at Release Athens
Release Athens welcomes Kevin de Vries on Saturday, June 18th at Plateia Nerou. The Berlin-based DJ and producer will join Parov Stelar and ARTBAT on a night dedicated to dance music.
Right after his first release in 2015, Kevin de Vries began his ascent in the techno scene, demonstrating a distinct talent for mixing 90s trance sounds with the modern, German take on dance music. In 2016, with the release of “Eternity” things took off, as the biggest names in club music (Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin, etc.) selected his tracks for every set they played that year.
In 2017, he started playing on the most important dancefloors, from the famous Watergate to Awakenings Festival, and releasing his songs on the biggest labels in the business, such as Sven Vath’s Cocoon, Beyer’s legendary Drumcode and of course his second home, Afterlife, curated by the Italian superstars Tale of Us.
Nowadays, he is considered a special DJ, a sought-after remixer and producer and comes to Release Athens 2022 for a DJ set with incredible intensity and unique energy.
