We want to draw the attention to those of you who will be attending the 4th day of the festival today – or any other day – to a parking issue. As you may have heard, on our premiere (9/6, with headliners The Offspring), the Municipal Police of Kallithea handed out a large number of parking tickets for illegal parking, both to people who came to the festival and to other visitors, which is beyond our control and our area of responsibility.

We want to inform you that there are plenty of car parks on site where you can leave your car safely and without any unpleasant surprises that could spoil your experience. Avoid parking on pavements and kerbs; even better, park a little further away from the festival’s venue, making it easier for you to leave at the end.

We wish you all a great time tonight, on a historic night for Release Athens. The music, the culture, people’s smiles and the memories we will share for a lifetime are stronger than anything.
