An evening of dancing was provided by all the acts that took the stage at Plateia Nerou yesterday.

It all started with a DJ set from El Siciliano, who proved to be just the man to warm up the crowd who arrived early. Then Telenova, with the wonderful Angeline Armostrong, presented all the songs that have been flooding the local radio stations and gave their best show in Greece.

Jain, in her first show Greece, confirmed everything that was said about her when she took the stage: unrelentless energy, new renditions of her greatest hits (‘Makeba’, ‘Alright’, ‘Come’ etc.) and a flawless band to accompany her.

The finale of the evening belonged to Parov Stelar, of course, and the Austrian musician created a delightful dance party with selections from his entire discography: “Booty Swing”, “Chambermaid Swing”, “Mambo Rap”, “The Burning Spider” and, of course, “Catgroove”, as the farewell song.

Release Athens 2024 release continues on Thursday June 20^th with the long-awaited performances of Pulp, The Smile, Ride and Tramhaus.
