Release Athens 2022 / Day 9: Timetable

On Friday, July 15th, Release Athens has the pleasure to host three legendary bands, each of which defined, in their own way, the history of metal and hard rock.

The “Metal Gods” Judas Priest, with more than 50 years of a brilliant career that changed the face of the metal scene once and for all, are coming to Athens with a setlist full of their biggest hits and their most influential songs. They are joined by Cradle of Filth, the leaders of extreme metal and a top live act in the business, as well as the supergroup of Dead Daisies with Glenn Hughes taking over vocals and confirming his nickname “The Voice of Rock” from his days with Deep Purple and Trapeze. For the opening slot we have the Athenian trio Black Soul Horde, who are at their best and most creative period.
