ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 2-DAY TICKET HOLDERS OF THE MASSIVE ATTACK SHOW
Friends of Release Athens Festival,
As announced on Thursday, March 24th 2022, the scheduled performance of Massive Attack on July 3rd at Release Athens will not take place due to a serious illness of one of its members. As in the case of the pandemic, this is an unexpected development beyond our control, but at this moment our thoughts are with the band, with sincere wishes for a speedy and full recovery.
As combo-ticket holders you have the following options:
1. You can replace your current ticket with any other 2-day option, regardless of the value, with no further booking fees.

In this case, all you have to do is state your choice (a replacement 2-day ticket) either by phone (at +30 2103450817) or by email (at support@fuzzproductions.gr) by Sunday, April 10th.
2.If you don’t want to use your ticket, acknowledging your support to the festival and taking into account the inconvenience caused the last two years, we would like to inform you that a full refund will be made, starting on Monday, April 11th and will be concluded within 10 working days. This particular decision is an exception, since the current legal framework, until this moment, sets as starting date for refunds the 31th of December (with a possibility of an even further extension).
If you purchased your tickets online, no further action is required since the outstanding amount will be granted at the account you used in the first place. If you purchased your tickets at a physical outlet, you need to send us an email (at support@fuzzproductions.gr) stating your full name, phone number and attaching a high-resolution image of your tickets in order for us to continue with the refund.
Note: if in any case the bank account or card number you used for this purchase is no longer valid, please get in touch by Wednesday, April 6th, either by phone (at +30 2103450817) or by email (at support@fuzzproductions.gr), so that we can update your account.
