ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TICKET HOLDERS (GENERAL ADMITTANCE) OF THE MASSIVE ATTACK SHOW – ATTEND TWO DAYS OF RELEASE ATHENS 2022 WITH NO ADDITIONAL BOOKING FEE!
Friends of Release Athens Festival,
As announced on Thursday, March 24th 2022, the scheduled performance of Massive Attack on July 3rd at Release Athens will not take place due to a serious illness of one of its members. As in the case of the pandemic, this is an unexpected development beyond our control, but at this moment our thoughts are with the band, with sincere wishes for a speedy and full recovery.
As ticket holders (General Admittance) you have the following options:
1. You can use your ticket to attend any two days of your choosing on this years’ edition of the festival with no additional charges. You can see the detailed programme of Release Athens 2022 at the following link

For your convenience, you can take advantage of this special offer, by email (at support@fuzzproductions.gr), stating the dates you want to attend until the 31st of May. Alternatively, you can do it at the exclusive box office you’ll find at the festival’s venue on the first of the two days you’d like to attend.
We clarify that you can combine ANY two days of your choosing (not only between the already available 2-day tickets), until the event is sold out.
2. If you don’t want to use your ticket, acknowledging your support to the festival and taking into account the inconvenience caused the last two years, we would like to inform you that after the festival is concluded, from the 25th of July onwards and within 10 working days, you will get a full refund of your ticket price. This particular decision is an exception, since the current legal framework, until this moment, sets as starting date for refunds the 31th of December (with a possibility of an even further extension).
If you purchased your tickets online, no further action is required since the outstanding amount will be granted at the account you used in the first place. If you purchased your tickets at a physical outlet, you need to send us an email (at support@fuzzproductions.gr) stating your full name, phone number and attaching a high-resolution image of your tickets in order for us to continue with the refund.
Note: if in any case the bank account or card number you used for this purchase is no longer valid, please get in touch by Wednesday, April 6th, by email (at support@fuzzproductions.gr), so that we can update your account.
